The goal is to create a straightforward Android application that pairs with my ESP32-based smart bait boat over both WiFi and Bluetooth. From a single screen I want to steer the boat with an on–screen joystick, trigger preset bait-container positions (Half Open, Fully Open, etc.), adjust speed and other numeric parameters, and view a small live GPS mini-map. I will supply the ESP32 firmware protocol; your task is the Android side. Please build the project in Android Studio (Kotlin or Java is fine) and keep your code modular so I can extend it later. ESP-Now, classic Bluetooth, or BLE can be used under the hood as long as the boat can be discovered, paired, and commanded reliably.
