Every punch must write instantly to the device and sync to the cloud when connectivity is available, so nothing is lost if the user is offline. Once data is flowing, the app should surface a professional dashboard for managers: real-time attendance status, payout summaries, and clear graphs that compare sales against salary costs. From this same panel I want to trigger payroll runs; the system should calculate salaries automatically using the stored time records and any commission data I feed in, then present a neat payout report I can export. Data integrity is critical. Local storage guarantees speed; mirrored cloud storage gives me peace of mind and lets me pull consolidated reports from any device later.
