I’m based in Malda, West Bengal, and I need a native Android application built from scratch. I already have a simple concept and some paper sketches; now I’m looking for a developer who can turn those ideas into a working prototype I can test on local devices. Scope of work • Build a native Android app in Kotlin or Java (no hybrid frameworks). • Translate my rough wireframes into 4–6 clean Material Design screens (home, list, detail, contact, settings). • Populate the views with placeholder data and set up smooth navigation. • Deliver a signed APK/AAB, complete source code, and brief setup notes so I can open the project in Android Studio. Quality checkpoints • Runs smoothly on mid-range Android 8.0+ phones common in India. • Well-commented, readable code for easy future upgrades. • Progress shared regularly through Git or a similar repo. Nice-to-have extras (optional) • Bilingual UI (English and Bengali). • Basic Firebase push-notification hook. Timeline: an installable prototype within two weeks, followed by one revision cycle for tweaks. If you’ve built lean MVPs before and can start soon, tell me your approach, preferred tech stack, and share a couple of live apps you’ve published.
