We require a skilled Android Developer to create a simple utility application. The primary goal is to securely track the call history and conversation duration for a specific, verified target phone number (e.g., family members). We are looking for a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with a fixed budget. Core App Features & Functionality: Platform: Exclusively Android (Native Java/Kotlin preferred). Target Number Verification Flow (Crucial): User clicks a (+) button to input the target phone number. The system sends an OTP/Verification Code to the target number. The main app user must enter this code to successfully verify and gain access to the call data. Data Display: Once verified, the app must retrieve and display the target phone’s call log history, including: List of all incoming and outgoing calls. Call Duration (Minutes/Seconds) for each entry. Date and Time of the call. Strong experience in Android Development (Java/Kotlin). Proven ability to work with Android Call Log/SMS permissions and handle sensitive phone data securely. Experience with a simple back-end/database (e.g., Firebase, MySQL, or similar) to store and manage the retrieved data. Focus on clean code and a simple, intuitive user interface (UI).
