I’m building a unified platform—web and mobile—that lets everyday users find, book, and pay local professionals in just a few taps. We are launching with two core verticals: • Beauty care: hairdressing, skincare, and makeup services • Fitness: yoga classes and group fitness sessions The experience must feel seamless end-to-end. Visitors should be able to browse nearby providers, view real-time availability, lock in a slot on an integrated calendar, then complete payment without leaving the app. On the pro side, experts need a dashboard to publish services, manage schedules, receive secure payouts, and track ratings & reviews. Core deliverables – UX/UI design for iOS, Android, and responsive web – Customer flows: discovery, scheduling, checkout, push/email notifications – Provider portal: service listing, calendar management, earnings summary – Admin console: category management, dispute resolution, analytics – Payment gateway integration with escrow-style hold until service completion – Scalable backend (REST or GraphQL API) with role-based access and GDPR-ready data handling Final hand-off will include source code, database schema, API documentation, and a short video walkthrough demonstrating a full booking cycle from both customer and professional perspectives.
