I want to build a single web platform where every key player in the housing market can meet in one place. Property owners and real-estate agents must be able to create listings that show a place is either for sale, for long-term rent, or available to book short-term—much like Airbnb. On the other side, renters, buyers, or travelers will search, filter, and complete their purchase, lease, or booking directly on the site without juggling multiple services. Core flow • Owners and agents register, upload photos, videos, files, tours, ect, choose whether the listing is “for sale,” “for rent,” or “bookable,” then set the relevant price or nightly rate. • Renters, buyers, and vacation guests browse all listings in one interface, switching between tabs for buying, renting, or booking as needed. • The system recognizes the role of the logged-in user and shows the right dashboard—portfolio management for sellers/landlords, wish-lists and booking histories for guests, and so on. Key expectations for delivery 1. Fully responsive web application with role-based dashboards (owners, agents, renters/buyers). 2. Unified listing engine that supports: – For sale by owner and by agent – For rent by owner and by agent – Short-term accommodation booking (Airbnb-style) 3. Integrated search and filter that can surface all three listing types side-by-side. 4. Secure user authentication and a basic admin panel so I can monitor listings and user activity. Once the MVP is live and stable, I’ll iterate on extra features—payment gateways, calendar sync, and advanced analytics—but the first milestone is a clean, intuitive platform that proves each role and listing type works smoothly end-to-end. If you have relevant marketplace or booking-engine experience, I’m eager to see how you’d approach the build.
