The platform must serve both individual consumers placing orders and businesses listing their menus or catalogues. Core experience • Real-time order tracking—from “placed” to “delivered” on an interactive map. • Seamless in-app payments that support cards, UPI and popular wallets. • Customer reviews and ratings visible on every store and dish/item page to drive trust and repeat sales. Scope of work Native or cross-platform consumer app, a lightweight merchant dashboard (so restaurants and grocery stores can manage inventory, pricing, offers) and an admin panel for overall control. I’ll need clean, documented APIs, scalable cloud hosting, and a hand-off that includes source code, basic unit tests and store-ready builds for iOS and Android. Acceptance criteria 1. A user can register, browse restaurants or grocery stores, add items, pay in-app and watch the courier’s live location until delivery. 2. Merchants can receive orders in real time, change status, and respond to reviews. 3. Ratings appear instantly and are aggregated correctly. 4. End-to-end flow passes UAT on both mobile operating systems and meets App Store & Google Play submission requirements.
