The build must cover four essentials: • Secure user registration and login tied to role-based dashboards for Students, Instructors, and Administrators. • A lightweight yet extensible LMS where instructors can upload, organise, and update video lectures, quizzes & assessments, plus supporting documents/PDFs. • Real-time progress tracking and analytics so students see completion status while instructors and admins view course-level performance at a glance. • Clean, future-proof code and a deployable web instance (staging + production) with brief setup documentation and repository access. A responsive interface, straightforward navigation, and GDPR-compliant data handling are expected from day one. Once the MVP is stable, I’ll iterate toward mobile apps and deeper reporting, so an architecture that won’t box us in is crucial.
