Job Ad — AI Workflow Automation Specialist (Remote / Freelance) Title: AI Workflow Automation Specialist – Zapier / N8N / AI Tools Description: Im the founder of a business helping entrepreneurs automate repetitive admin tasks using AI and workflow automation tools. I’m looking for a freelance automation specialist to implement workflow automations based on detailed steps I provide. You will NOT speak to clients — this is strictly backend implementation. Responsibilities: • Build automations exactly as described in my blueprint, including: • Lead capture CRM → automated follow-up • Appointment booking + reminders • Customer communication flows • Invoice & payment automation • Spreadsheet/database updates • Dashboards and reporting (if included in blueprint) • Test all workflows to ensure everything works end-to-end • Document workflows in simple step-by-step instructions (SOP) • Optionally, record short Loom walkthrough videos for internal use Requirements: • Experience with Zapier or n8n only • Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, document automation) • Detail-oriented, follows instructions carefully • Good written English (for SOPs and documentation) Deliverables: • Fully functional automations for each client • Documentation for each workflow • Optional Loom video per workflow Payment: • Per project/client ($49 -$299) depending on complexity • Milestone based: Final delivery + Tested then will be payed in full.
