I manage multiple warehouses filled with luxury shoes and accessories from brands such as Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Vuitton. My goal is to move that inventory through an AI-driven WhatsApp experience that delivers product recommendations, round-the-clock customer support, end-to-end order processing, customer and sales-process management, and instant payment-link generation—all on an official WhatsApp Business channel powered by the Meta platform (Twilio or equivalent). Here is what I need built: • Integration: Set up an official WhatsApp Business API account and connect it to Twilio (or another Meta-approved provider) so we can send and receive messages at scale. • AI Layer: Design conversational flows and train an engine capable of personalised upsells, cross-sells and automated customer support while maintaining the tone expected for high-end fashion clientele. • Commerce Features: Securely handle product catalogue queries, real-time stock checks, shopping-cart creation, checkout, payment-link delivery and shipping updates without ever moving the buyer outside WhatsApp. • CRM & Analytics: Capture lead data, tag customer profiles, log every interaction and surface sales metrics that help us refine the model and grow revenue. I will host the catalogue, images and pricing; you will deliver the code, deployment scripts and documentation so we can iterate fast. We will work on a percentage-of-sales contract, meaning your income scales directly with the volume we move—€50 to €1 000+ per item is typical, so the upside is significant.
