Project Title: End-to-End CRM and AI Chatbot Workflow for WhatsApp Business Project Overview We aim to build a complete CRM system integrated with WhatsApp Business and powered by an AI chatbot. The solution should automate customer interactions, streamline quotation and complaint handling, and synchronize product and delivery workflows. The system must support Arabic and English, and be optimized for technical accuracy, speed, and scalability. System Components 1. Custom CRM Platform A cloud-based CRM tailored to our business needs, with modules for: Quotation management Sales inquiries Customer complaints Delivery tracking Product catalog integration (Onyx Pro API or database) CRM Requirements: REST API for external integrations Role-based access control (admin, sales, support) Dashboard for message tracking and status updates Quotation builder with product lookup and pricing logic Delivery note upload and confirmation system Arabic/English interface with localized templates 2. AI Chatbot Engine A smart, multilingual chatbot that handles customer inquiries and automates responses.
