The mobile app you build must therefore: • Read QR codes and perform OCR on business cards • Record voice notes, convert them to text, then auto-classify every sentence and offer predictive text suggestions as I type or speak • Work natively on both iOS and Android and pass App Store / Play Store Beyond the phones, a secure web portal will give my team: • Lead management with search, filters and tagging • Immediate access to all AI transcriptions • One-click export of contacts and notes to Excel or CSV The app will work on a try before you buy then a paywall and subscription management must be developed. CC capture and access to the app is determine by plan The admin area will let me adjust user roles, email-notification rules and classification labels. Data should sync in real time via an open REST/GraphQL API so I can plug it straight into external AI note-taking tools. Acceptance criteria 1. App installs, scans and stores leads offline, then syncs once a connection returns 2. Voice recordings are transcribed with ≥95 % accuracy (English) and auto-tagged under the correct category 3. Portal exports match the field structure we will supply (name, company, email, phone, note, category, timestamp) 4. Full test builds delivered for both platforms before submission to the stores, along with source code and deployment documentation.
