About Us We are a luxury waterfront real estate team serving the Sarasota / Manatee region. We aim to elevate our client experience by embedding AI across our processes— from property descriptions to lead follow-ups, internal automations, and content scaling. Role & Responsibilities Craft, test, and iteratively refine high-performance prompts to generate property listings, marketing collateral, client emails, and social media content. Build automations / “agents” connecting ChatGPT or other LLMs to our existing systems (CRM, email platform, lead tools, scheduling). Monitor AI output for accuracy, compliance, and brand voice; identify edge-case failures and fix them. Document prompt libraries, style guides, and internal playbooks for our team’s use. Stay updated on new AI tools, model updates, plugins, integrations, and recommend enhancements. Optionally train internal team members on how to use prompts and AI tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in prompt engineering, LLMs, or generative AI (text) Familiarity with API integrations, workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) Strong writing, editing, and brand voice adaptation skills Analytical mindset— able to test, measure, and improve Excellent communication, documentation, and teaching ability (Nice to have) Experience in real estate, luxury branding, compliance / fact-checking in content Commitment Contract or part-time (e.g. 10-25 hrs/week), with possibility for scaling Remote / virtual work Paid based on milestones or hourly, depending on deliverables
