I’m looking for a single, hands-on developer who can work on the first of multiple ongoing projects to create a full recruitment, training and employee management tool. The mission is to architect and build an end-to-end people platform that starts with recruitment and finishes with sales enablement. Phase 1 – Recruiting Suite (first priority) • Design an applicant-tracking system capable of AI CV parsing that instantly converts résumés into a structured candidate database. • Embed an AI-driven chatbot to screen, qualify, and schedule applicants, reducing manual recruiter hours. • Build an omnichannel messaging hub—think Kommo—so email and WhatsApp confirmations, reminders, and updates flow from one place. • Create a drag-and-drop interview funnel that moves talent through each stage until an offer is signed and onboarding is triggered. Phase 2 – Onboarding & HR Core • Generate automated checklists, policy acknowledgements, and e-signature flows for new hires. • Maintain employee records, leave management, and document storage compliant with Indian labour guidelines. Phase 3 – Learning Management System • Integrate or replicate TalentLMS-style features for course hosting, progress tracking, and quiz assessment so employees keep growing inside the same portal. Phase 4 – Sales Application • Extend the platform with a lightweight CRM to track customer acquisition, proposals, and closed deals, keeping the data model consistent with the earlier modules. What I need from you • Proven experience with scalable back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar) and modern front-end stacks (React, Vue, or Angular). • Hands-on work with NLP or ML libraries for CV parsing (spaCy, Transformers, or comparable). • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, SMTP, and webhook-based automation. • Ability to architect a modular codebase that lets us ship Phase 1 quickly, then layer on later modules without rewrites. • Commitment to work on-site in our office and iterate rapidly with direct feedback from leadership. What success looks like • A functional ATS MVP live within three months, complete with AI parsing, chatbot screening, and omnichannel messaging. • Clear, well-documented APIs and a component library that keep future phases friction-free. • Regular demos, Git commits, and sprint reports so progress is always transparent.
