The system will hold a database of staff (therapists) 2. The AI will contact each member of staff via Wattsapp at their chosen time each day to ask about their abailability that day and keep that in a database. 3. Customers will visit the web site (they dont need wattsapp) and will get a chat bot which will ask for which therapy they want, their location & preferred time. 4. the AI will contact appropriate therapists and tell them of the job request, how far the travel is and they pay they will receive. 5. The therapists may accept or decline, if declined the AI will tell the customer no-one is available but it is possible to get a therapy at a premium price. 6. If the therapist accepts the booking can be made which includes accepting terms and conditions and paying by Stripe. 7. If a therapist is not available and the customer agrees to a higher price the AI will contact therapists and ask them if they wish to take the appointment and earn a bonus. 8. the AI could offer alternative times at standard price as well. Key functionalities for WhatsApp integration include automated responses to customer inquiries, real-time booking confirmations and updates, and providing a moderated communication channel between staff and customers.
