Title Build a Multilingual AI Messaging & Scheduling Assistant (for ADHD Productivity and High Message Volume) ⸻ Description I’m looking for an experienced AI automation developer or team to build a personal AI communication system that helps manage high message volume, ADHD-related focus challenges, and multilingual conversations. About Me I’m a professional who receives hundreds of messages per week across Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, LinkedIn, and Email. I already use Dex as my personal CRM — it’s fully active and integrates my phone call history, giving me a detailed contact memory base. I also use Beeper, an app that centralises most of my communications into one place. However, I intentionally keep WhatsApp separate, as I have archived and locked chats there that I prefer to manage independently for privacy reasons. I speak two Nigerian languages (Hausa and Fulani), and a small portion of my communications include these languages. The system should recognise and preserve multilingual context (without overwriting or mistranslating). The Problem Because of ADHD, I tend to go deep into conversations and overcommit when I respond quickly — leading to an overloaded calendar and inconsistent responsiveness. I either get buried in messages or go silent trying to avoid chaos. I need a smart, semi-automated system to help me stay consistent without losing authenticity or control. The Goal / Ideal End State A central AI-powered assistant that: 1. Centralises all messages (via Beeper or similar unified inbox approach). 2. Drafts replies in my tone and style using ChatGPT or an equivalent LLM (I’ll provide tone samples). 3. Triages messages by importance: • High priority → flagged for me to answer • Medium priority → AI drafts, I approve • Low priority → auto-reply, archive, or schedule later 4. Integrates with my Dex CRM to track conversations, call logs, and relationship reminders. 5. Connects to my Google Calendar to check availability, send scheduling links, and prevent overbooking. 6. Respects guardrails (for example, no more than 3 new appointments per week). 7. Handles multilingual context (should not mis-handle or overwrite Hausa or Fulani text). 8. Protects privacy — data should remain local, encrypted, or under my control. 9. Can read my chats for reply contexts, and I can tell it things to put into the proposed messages. Can be taught some on my slang/ways of replying. The system should feel like a personal communications chief of staff, not a chatbot — reducing mental load while preserving personal connection. Technical Expectations • Experience with ChatGPT API, OpenAI Assistants, n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. • Knowledge of messaging integrations (Beeper, WhatsApp API, Gmail API, LinkedIn). • Ability to integrate CRMs and calendars via API (Dex, Google Calendar). • Understanding of multilingual text handling and basic privacy principles. • Bonus: experience with ADHD productivity workflows.
