Scope at a glance • Wire the app to the Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads APIs so users can create, launch, and pull performance data without leaving Blamzk. • Stand up an AWS cloud environment (preferred stack is Lambda + API Gateway + Aurora Serverless, but I’m open to your architecture if it scales cleanly). CI/CD and basic monitoring should be included. • Integrate subscription-based billing so customers can choose a plan, pay securely, and have usage throttled or upgraded automatically. • Build an internal admin panel that lets me manage users and view campaign analytics in real time. • Plug in AI routines—OpenAI or your recommended model—to generate copy and image suggestions directly inside the campaign wizard. Acceptance criteria 1. A deployed MVP reachable at its AWS URL with SSL and automated rollbacks. 2. Users can authenticate, connect at least one ad account on each supported platform, launch a simple campaign, and see results populate the dashboard. 3. Subscription flow (checkout, webhook, plan change) is fully functional and test-charged in Stripe or an equivalent gateway. 4. Admin panel exposes CRUD for users plus a campaign metrics view. 5. AI generation returns ad text and an image in under ten seconds for a supplied prompt. 6. Source code pushed to a private Git repo with README and setup scripts.
