AI Automation Engineer (Make.com, CRM, Project Automation, Outlook, etc) Nextgen People has created a comprehensive 7-Phase Automation & AI Orchestration SOW that outlines the exact workflows, predictive logic, AI integrations, error handling, and cross-system automations needed to transform our business into an AI-powered operational engine. We are hiring a senior-level AI Automation Engineer who can implement the system exactly as documented. This is not a machine-learning role. This work is 90% generative AI orchestration + automation architecture, and 10% predictive rules. You will integrate multiple systems through Make.com, build GPT-driven workflows, automate CRM and project operations, and implement AI-powered command capabilities. Scope of Work You will implement the automations defined in the Full 7-Phase SOW, including but not limited to: PHASE 1: CRM + Email AI Integration Outbound sequences AI email drafting AI Daily Brief Lead routing logic Brand voice enforcement PHASE 2: Project Automation + Predictive Alerts Forms → Sheets → Wave → project management system Predictive risk engine (budget, schedule, forecast, margin, utilization) Sentiment sync Milestone sync (milestones only) PHASE 3: AI Insights Dashboards Executive dashboards Operational dashboards Weekly AI Insights email PHASE 4: ClickUp Automation Layer Centralized task routing Severity logic Weekly recap automation PHASE 5: Meeting Automation (Krisp → GPT) Transcript capture AI summaries Follow-up email generation CRM updates ClickUp tasks Drive archiving PHASE 6: AI Command Router Natural-language commands for Outlook + ClickUp Intent schema Safety + approval logic Audit logs PHASE 7: Final QA + Documentation + Warranty Regression testing Documentation package Access validation Two-week warranty You will receive the full 7-phase scope and the complete deliverables list.
