I am looking for an experienced n8n automation and AI integration developer to build a self-hosted AI assistant system. For personal and business use. The assistant will use OpenAI as the core reasoning engine, Qdrant as the vector-based memory, and integrate with WhatsApp, Outlook, Google Drive, and Calendar (initially). It should process both text and voice messages, recall previous context, and respond naturally with realistic voice replies via ElevenLabs. This project is hosted on a self-managed DigitalOcean VPS using Docker, with n8n and Qdrant already installed and running. 1. OpenAI Brain • Use OpenAI GPT models for reasoning, natural conversation, and decision-making. • Trigger relevant workflows and responses based on natural language input. 2. Qdrant Memory • Connect the existing self-hosted Qdrant instance. • Store, recall, and embed contextual data from text, emails, and voice notes. 3. WhatsApp Integration • Connect WhatsApp Business API (Meta or Twilio). • Send and receive both text and voice messages. • Automatically summarise or respond using OpenAI. 4. Calendar Integration • Integrate Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. • Schedule, edit, and delete events via natural language. 5. Google Drive Integration • Connect to Google Drive for document access and summarisation. • Link file activity to memory (Qdrant). 6. Email Integration (Outlook and Gmail) • Use Microsoft Graph API and Google API. • Read, summarise, send, and reply to emails. 7. Voice Note System • Transcribe voice messages using Whisper or OpenAI Speech. • Generate realistic audio replies using ElevenLabs. • Store transcripts and replies in Drive and memory. 8. Infrastructure and Documentation • Use the existing Docker setup (DigitalOcean VPS). • Configure secure environment variables. • Provide clear, beginner-friendly documentation.
