I need a piece of custom software that links my internal system to Accurate Online and keeps both sides perfectly in-step, in real time. When a sales order, stock adjustment, or financial entry appears in one environment, I want it pushed instantly to the other without any manual export-import or nightly batch jobs. You will work with Accurate Online’s public API (REST/JSON) and my existing database (MySQL) to create: • A secure, token-based connection layer that listens for changes on both sides • Event handlers that translate and map data objects—items, inventory quantities, customers, invoices, payments—into Accurate’s required format • A lightweight monitoring dashboard that confirms sync status and logs errors for easy troubleshooting Acceptance criteria • Average end-to-end latency under 60 seconds for each object type • Full bidirectional consistency validated on at least 500 test records per object • Clear setup documentation plus commented source code in a private Git repository Tech stack is flexible—Node.js, Python, or PHP are all fine—as long as the solution is stable and can run on an Ubuntu server. I’ll supply API keys, table structures, and staging accounts once the scope is agreed.
