A photorealistic street-view render that clearly shows massing, cedar detailing, and roof integration. 2. At least one additional perspective (oblique or side) to demonstrate how the new planes marry into the existing roof. 3. Source file in a common format (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG exports suitable for client presentation. Accuracy in proportion is more important than full construction-grade detail, but the model must read believably to a homeowner.
