To produce a information video animation based on 3d stp files. Files need to be rendered and set up for animation. The files shows a dieselinjectors function and spraypattern when new and then when it is older and lower opening pressure. We have all stp files to be used. Sequences are 1. Function of a new injector with good pattern. 2. Function of a used injector low pressure and bad pattern. 3. Function of a new injector that shows that needle is jumping when closing creating leakage of fuel. 4. Sequence that shows new type of injector that has a mechanism that removes jumps and always has correct opening pressure. 5. Sequence that swows four injectors next to each other that have good spray pattern. Indication on each injectors set opening pressure (same pressure). Then 3rd injector has decreased opening pressure and thus opens a bitt earlier then the rest. After short period the pressure on 3rd injector is rised above the others and the opening occurs a bit later than the others. Each sequence should be approx, 10-15 sec. Some periods will have explaination text on them. Also zoom in/ out during periods the make specific areas clearer. Background to be engine factory ”laboratoric” if possible. Work period max one week.
