Because this is an initial build-ready stage, a concise set of drawings is all I need: • Ground- and first-floor plans with wall dimensions, door and window placements, and a simple staircase layout. • A clean front elevation that shows façade treatment, floor heights, and roof line. • Files delivered in PDF plus the native CAD format (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp—whichever you prefer). Keep the design straightforward; no special rooms are required beyond a typical family arrangement. Accuracy to scale and clear notation matter more to me than photorealistic rendering right now.
