Local zoning rules apply, but they are flexible enough to let strong design thinking shine—as long as the final proposal acknowledges them. Once the 2D drawing is signed off, I want to move straight into a high-quality 3D visualization that captures realistic finishes, lighting and atmosphere so stakeholders can walk through the concept before construction. If you are comfortable working in AutoCAD or Revit for the plan and then carrying it into SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or a comparable renderer for photoreal output, this project should fit you well.
