A new 100-bed hospital is planned in India and the project now moves into the architectural design phase. The immediate requirement is a complete architectural package—concept development through to permit-ready drawings—tailored to Indian building codes and current healthcare guidelines. Scope • Master site layout with traffic flow and service zoning • Detailed floor plans for all departments and wards (100 beds total) • Sections, elevations and basic structural grids coordinated with MEP placeholders • Room data sheets highlighting medical clearances, finishes and services points • 3D massing or BIM model sufficient for client reviews and municipal submissions Timeline The schedule is urgent; an initial concept set is expected as soon as practical and the full schematic package delivered on an accelerated calendar. Submission requirements Only past work is needed for evaluation, so please attach healthcare or large public-building samples that demonstrate functional planning, code compliance and user-centred design. All drawings must be supplied in editable CAD (DWG) and PDF formats, with any 3D work in Revit or equivalent.
