Zoho WhatsApp Automation Widget

I need a custom widget for Zoho CRM that lets me message any record in the Contacts or Accounts modules through the official WhatsApp Business API. From the same panel inside Zoho I want to: • compose and send a single or bulk WhatsApp message • decide on the fly whether the text is a shared template or a personalized merge-field message • watch live delivery and read status without leaving the record screen • trigger fully automated follow-ups from workflow rules or blueprints Every active contact in the CRM should be addressable—no restrictions to tags or views—yet the widget must respect WhatsApp rate limits and opt-in requirements. Please build the solution with Zoho’s Sigma/Zoho Catalyst tool-set, package it as an installable .zip, and include: • the complete, well-commented source code • a short setup guide that shows where to paste API keys and how to map CRM fields to message templates • basic unit tests or a demo video proving send, status callback, and workflow automation all function inside a trial account Once delivered I will run it in a sandbox; after successful testing I’ll mark the job complete and release payment.
