Zoho Payroll Roll Out IMPORTANT PRE-REUISITE a) Experts who have done at least 20 Zoho Payroll module Implementation need to apply b) Attendance & Leave Integration c) Setup the entire payroll module with Bank Integration, automated salary slip generation, form 16, payment of statutory dues, Monthly reports, Statutory Reports d) We need at least 20 hours to train 4 resources to use this module as much as possible. e) We need the associate documentation and training guides. Scope of work • Configure Statutory settings for India, map earning & deduction heads, and link the bank account so salaries can be pushed directly from Zoho. • Integrate Zoho People attendance and leave data so that working days, absences and LOPs flow automatically into payroll. • Build the custom workflows we need for Bonuses & Incentives as well as Deductions & Benefits, keeping everything audit-traceable. • Set up automated salary slips, Form 16 generation, statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, PT), and all monthly / annual compliance reports. • Produce clear user documentation and step-by-step training guides. Training Allocate at least 20 hours of live walkthroughs (online) for four of our team members, covering configuration logic, month-end processing, and troubleshooting tips. Recordings of each session should be shared. Acceptance criteria 1. A full payroll run completes without manual intervention, pulling data from Zoho People, generating slips, and creating the bank file. 2. All statutory filings export correctly in the native formats. 3. Custom workflows trigger as specified for bonuses and deductions. 4. Our four users can each demonstrate the complete cycle during the final session. 5. All documentation and recordings are delivered in editable format.
