I’m ready to move our brand, Ombodhi, onto Zoho One so our transformational leadership programs for men can scale with less manual effort. The core objective is to set up a streamlined, secure system that fuels organic growth and automates as much of the day-to-day as possible. Scope of work • Configure Zoho One as the central hub—contacts, deals, email, analytics, everything. • Integrate Zoho seamlessly with Showit (for our public-facing site) and Mighty Networks (for our member community). • Build a sales funnel that starts in System io, passes data into Zoho, and triggers follow-ups automatically. • Design and publish high-converting landing pages inside Showit, matching our current brand look and feel. • Set up Zapier or Make scenarios to eliminate repetitive tasks and keep data flowing cleanly across all platforms. • Apply best-practice security settings and user permissions throughout the stack. Acceptance criteria 1. New leads captured on Showit pages appear in Zoho CRM within 60 seconds. 2. Purchases or course enrollments in System io create the correct contact, deal, and workflow steps in Zoho without duplicates. 3. Community membership status from Mighty Networks is visible on the Zoho contact record. 4. All integrations run under HTTPS, API keys are stored securely, and audit logging is enabled. 5. I receive a short Loom walkthrough plus written SOPs so my team can manage basic updates on their own.
