I need a seasoned Zoho One professional to stand up our entire CRM environment for a certification-services firm that sells exclusively to B2B clients. The primary objective is to streamline lead management from first contact through certificate delivery, following the path: Lead → Quotation → Payment → Certification → Completion. Here’s what the build must cover: • Configure Zoho CRM, Sales Pipeline and associated modules so each stage above is reflected clearly and reports can be pulled on demand. • Create lead, deal and contact layouts that suit a B2B model, including custom fields that will later feed our certificates. • Design quotation and invoice templates that mirror our current brand guidelines (we will supply logos, colours and legal text). • Integrate our Hostinger email accounts so all correspondence is captured automatically inside the CRM and can trigger follow-up tasks. • Set up basic workflow automation—notifications, task assignments, and status changes—to keep the team moving without manual chasing. • Provide a brief hand-over document or video walkthrough so internal staff can maintain the system. Acceptance criteria • All five stages are operational and test data flows end-to-end without errors. • A sample quote and invoice can be generated, emailed and logged from the CRM. • Workflows fire as expected when a record changes stage. • Email sync shows full conversation history inside the relevant record.
