Project: Build a custom Payment Approval and Disbursement System in Zoho Creator I am looking for an experienced Zoho Creator developer (freelancer only) to build a custom payment approval and disbursement system for my construction and waste-management business. The system must include: • Multi-level approval workflow with 3 bosses • WhatsApp notifications at every stage • Auto Payment Order generation • Excel or Google Sheets integration • ICICI bulk payment file import with auto-matching • PDF generation • Role-based permissions • Future support for RazorpayX instant payouts I will share a detailed specification PDF with shortlisted freelancers. ⸻ WORK MODULES 1. Payment Request Module • Vendor and staff payments • Beneficiary master with bank details • Request ID auto-generation • Priority, due date, attachments • Reference or consulted person field • All requests visible to all bosses 2. Approval Workflow (Configurable Amount Slabs) Approval logic structure: • Slab 1: Any boss can approve • Slab 2: Only Boss 2 or Boss 3 can approve • Slab 3: Boss 2 and Boss 3 must approve (two-step approval) Final amounts for each slab will be provided later. Workflow must be dynamic and editable through a settings table. All approval actions must trigger WhatsApp notifications. 3. Boss-Initiated Payments • Boss can create a Payment Order directly • Same approval rules apply • Must record who initiated and who approved 4. Payment Order Generation • Auto-generate PO number • Pull beneficiary and bank details • Include cost head, category, attachments • Create a PDF version • Notify requestor and accounts team 5. WhatsApp Alerts (Mandatory) Alerts required for: • New payment request • Approve, reject, hold actions • Payment order created • Payment completed (include UTR, date, mode) Must integrate with Twilio, Ultramsg, Interakt, or any compatible provider. 6. Accounts Module • View all payment orders • Mark paid or partially paid • Enter UTR, date, amount, mode • Automatic notifications after payment 7. ICICI Bulk File Import (Excel/CSV) • Upload bank file • Auto-match with payment orders • Auto-fill UTR, payment date, amount • Mark matched items as paid • Show mismatches separately 8. Excel or Google Sheets Integration Every completed payment must auto-sync to a sheet containing: PO number, Request ID, Beneficiary details, Cost head, Approved by, Requested by, Reference/Consultation, Amount, Mode, UTR, Payment date, Project/Site.
