The entire focus is on letting customers place orders and giving me, as admin, the tools to receive and manage them. Scope • Customers should be able to browse our catalogue, add items to a cart, apply promo codes, pay (UPI, cards, wallets), and receive an order-confirmation push notification. • An admin interface (mobile or web) must display incoming orders in real time, allow price or inventory edits, and mark orders fulfilled. • That’s it for now—delivery tracking and live chat can be parked for later phases. Tech preferences & deliverables Use a maintainable cross-platform stack—Flutter, React Native, or any solution you trust that ships simultaneously to App Store and Play Store. Tie it to a lightweight backend (Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express + Mongo/PostgreSQL) with clean, well-commented code. Deliverables I need: 1. Full source code for both platforms 2.
