Alongside that, the scope covers: • Professional onboarding workflow for service providers, tied into custom roles and approval logic • A refreshed /jobs/ page with dynamic filtering and applicant tracking • Two-way Zoho CRM integration (contacts, deals, tasks) • Razorpay payment gateway with web-hooks for refunds and partial captures • Admin-panel quality-of-life tweaks (search, batch actions, role-based visibility) • Real-time SMS & email notifications for key events • Mobile-first UX and performance tuning aimed at both smartphones and tablets (Core Web Vitals in the green) A detailed requirements document will be shared after NDA sign-off.
