I am looking for a developer to build a proprietary performance-tracking system for a team of 100+ athletes and 10-12 team captains. Core Workflow: • Master Data: Sync an external roster (Google Sheets/ARMS) to Jotform. However, if this is challenging, we can do a manual download of the team db from ARMs on a frequent basis, if necessary. • Dynamic Point Reference Table: A central, modifiable table (in Google Sheets or Jotform Tables) that stores point deduction values for each incident category. The system must pull values from this table so that, if a point value is modified, future incidents are automatically calculated at the new rate. • Coach Input: A Jotform App for coaches to log incidents with a "Wheel Picker"/Select2 player selection and automated point-deduction logic. • Automated Workflow: An immediate email "nudge" to the player, and a "task notification" to the assigned Captain. • Loop Closure: Captain must log a face-to-face discussion via a pre-filled form to "finalize" the point deduction. • Real-time Dashboard: A live, public leaderboard ranking all 100 players by net points and a "Captain Efficiency" report. Required Tools: Jotform (Workflows, Tables, Report Builder), Google Sheets. (Note: I prefer to keep this native to Jotform/Google Sheets to minimize costs, but I am open to Zapier/Make.com if necessary for the live sync). Legal: NDA and Work-for-Hire agreement required.
