EXAMPLE PROJECT - PLEASE IGNORE Project Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a professional website and integrate it seamlessly with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The primary goal is to capture all website interactions (form submissions, user registrations, etc.) and automatically sync this data with the CRM to streamline our sales and marketing processes. The ideal freelancer will have proven experience with WordPress development, REST API integrations, and specific experience with popular CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar. Key Objectives: Develop a modern, responsive, and fast-loading WordPress website based on our specifications. Integrate the website with a CRM system to automate lead capture and management. Ensure data flows bi-directionally where necessary (e.g., tagging users in WordPress based on their CRM status). Scope of Work: Phase 1: WordPress Website Development Setup & Configuration: Install and configure WordPress on our hosting server with a clean, modern theme (e.g., Astra, GeneratePress, or a custom theme if recommended). Page Builder: Use a professional page builder like Elementor Pro or WPBakery to create the following pages: Homepage, About Us, Services/Products, Contact Us, and a Blog. Contact Forms: Create and implement robust contact forms using a tool like Gravity Forms, WPForms, or FluentForms. Blog Functionality: Set up standard blog functionality with categories, tags, and a comments system. SEO & Performance: Implement basic on-page SEO (Yoast SEO or RankMath) and ensure the website is optimized for speed and mobile responsiveness. Phase 2: CRM Integration (Core Functionality) CRM Selection: We are open to your expert recommendation on the best CRM for our needs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Capsule CRM). Please suggest one in your proposal with a brief justification. Form-to-CRM Sync: Automatically create a new contact/lead in the CRM whenever a form is submitted on the website (e.g., contact form, newsletter signup, demo request). The following data must be mapped: Name, Email, Phone Number Form Name (e.g., "Homepage Contact") Page URL where the form was submitted Any custom fields filled in the form User Registration Sync: If we implement a user registration system on the site in the future, it should also create a contact in the CRM. Phase 3: Advanced Features (Optional, but a Plus) Bidirectional Sync: Ability to tag or update a user's role in WordPress based on a change in their status within the CRM (e.g., if a lead becomes a "Customer" in the CRM, their user account in WordPress is upgraded). CRM Tracking Code: Implement the CRM's tracking script (e.g., HubSpot Tracking Code) to track page views, user sessions, and link this activity to the contact record. E-commerce Integration (Future-Proofing): If we add WooCommerce in the future, the integration should be capable of syncing order data and customer details to the CRM. Deliverables: A fully functional, responsive WordPress website. A complete and documented integration between the website and the chosen CRM. Source code and administrator access to the website and CRM. Documentation (a simple guide) on how to manage the website and how the integration works for future reference. Training session (via video call) on how to use the website and CRM backend.
