Scope of work • Migrate every product, collection, image, description, SKU and meta-data from the current WordPress store into Shopify. • Preserve all on-page SEO elements—titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, URLs—and set up 301 redirects so no ranking or backlink equity is lost. • Create a complete visual redesign on Shopify that feels clean, professional and corporate (not minimalist or playful). The new theme must be responsive and optimized for speed. • Integrate customer reviews, live-chat support and advanced product filtering directly into the Shopify theme without relying on clunky work-arounds. • Test the new store end-to-end—catalog, cart, checkout, mobile, analytics and search console—before we switch DNS. Acceptance criteria 1. All previous URLs resolve correctly through 301 redirects. 2. Google Search Console shows zero crawl errors related to the migration. 3. Product counts and inventory data match exactly between old and new sites. 4. Core Web Vitals pass on desktop and mobile. 5. New features (reviews, chat, filtering) are fully functional and styled consistently with the new design.
