I need a small proof-of-concept flight booking engine spun up inside WordPress. The scope is intentionally tight: visitors must be able to run a flight search and refine the results by departure/arrival cities, date-time range, and price band. Once a flight is chosen the demo should open a simple seat-selection screen—no payment gateway, no user accounts, just enough UI to show how the flow would look. I am flexible on whether you craft a lightweight custom plugin, extend an existing booking plugin, or wire everything up with a mock API; I only care that the code is clean, responsive, and easy for me to drop into a standard WordPress install. Gutenberg compatibility is preferred. Deliverables • A WordPress-ready package (plugin or child theme) that installs without errors • Search form with location, date/time, and price filters producing realistic dummy results • Seat-selection interface tied to each returned flight • Clear setup notes and a short walkthrough (text or screen-capture) so I can replicate the demo on another site Acceptance criteria: search returns within two seconds on typical shared hosting, no console errors, and the seat map loads correctly on desktop and mobile.
