Project Overview: Our community website lightupleeton.org.au runs on a Templatic / Tevolution Directory theme. The Submit a Location page (https://lightupleeton.org.au/submit-a-location/ ) currently requires users to register before submitting. We want to allow anonymous (guest) submissions so visitors can add listings without creating an account, while still capturing a contact email for moderation. Important: We will provide the successful freelancer with cPanel (host) and WP-Admin access for implementation and testing. Goals / Deliverables Enable guest (non-logged-in) submissions on the existing Submit a Location form. Ensure guest submissions are saved with post_status = published without the need for admin moderation. Preserve all existing form fields, file upload behaviour and custom fields. Implement changes via hooks/filters or modification of the theme (avoid direct core/plugin edits). Test front-end and back-end flows and confirm compatibility with current theme/plugins. Provide a brief summary of changes and instructions for rollback. Deliverables Fully working anonymous submission feature on the target page. Short implementation notes: what was changed, where, and how to revert.
