WordPress Developer Needed – Employee Rewards & Points System Project Type: Custom WordPress Development Platform: WordPress Budget: Open / Based on Experience Timeline: To be discussed Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a custom employee profile and rewards system within my existing WordPress website. Employees will have individual accounts where they can: • Earn points • Track their rewards balance • Redeem points for purchases or rewards This system must be secure, scalable, and user-friendly. ⸻ Core Features Required Employee Profiles • Secure employee login / dashboard • Unique user profiles • View earned points and rewards history Points & Rewards System • Ability for admins to assign points to employees • Automatic or manual point allocation options • Real-time point balance updates • Reward tiers or redemption rules (optional) Reward Redemption • Employees can redeem points for rewards or products • Points deducted upon redemption • Confirmation and transaction history • Integration with WooCommerce (preferred) or custom checkout logic Admin Controls • Admin dashboard to: • Add/remove employees • Assign or adjust points • Manage rewards/products • View redemption logs and analytics ⸻ Required Skills • Strong WordPress development experience • Custom plugin or advanced theme development • PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Experience with WooCommerce customization • User authentication & role management • Database optimization and security best practices ⸻ Bonus Skills (Preferred) • Experience building loyalty/rewards systems • API integrations • UI/UX optimization • Long-term maintenance availability The rewards are earned from completing contracts within the company, they can use those rewards to either cash out, purchase vacations, or gifts. I wanna have like an online shop where they can use those points.(only points). I want the user profile to show their points like that as well. Admins will give points after completed contracts. Employees work contracts for us, usually 13 weeks. They are nursing contracts with hospitals, so once they complete their 13 weeks, and admin will go into the system and give a set amount of points for them to use.
