I have two live WooCommerce shops that must run faster and work flawlessly. A set of technical specs already pin-points every performance bottleneck and functional bug; your job is to work through that document, validate each issue, fix it, and then prove the results. Scope • Deep-dive audit of both stores against the provided checklist, focusing strictly on performance and functionality (no design tweaks required). • Optimisation work may touch PHP, MySQL, caching layers, theme code, plugins, JavaScript, CSS, images and any server-level settings needed to hit the targets. • Repair the functional glitches called out in the specs—cart or checkout errors, broken flows, plugin conflicts, API calls, etc. • Regression testing to ensure nothing new breaks on desktop or mobile. Deliverables 1. Issue-by-issue status report for Store 1 and Store 2 before any fix is applied. 2. All corrections implemented in a staging environment, then migrated to production after sign-off. 3. Post-fix report with benchmark metrics and screenshots, confirming every item in the specs is resolved and performance scores have improved. 4. A brief hand-over note summarising changes, updated code snippets or child-theme files, and any maintenance recommendations. Acceptance Criteria • PageSpeed/Lighthouse and GTmetrix scores meet or exceed the targets listed in the specs. • No visible PHP errors, console warnings, or checkout blockers. • Both stores remain fully functional after a 48-hour monitoring window.
