I need an extra set of hands inside my WooCommerce dashboard to keep stock levels accurate and move orders smoothly from “processing” to “completed.” Your day-to-day will center on two things: first, updating inventory numbers as purchase orders arrive or stock runs low, and second, checking new orders, verifying payment, and triggering the next steps in fulfillment. Because these tasks are repeatable and I have clear SOPs, a beginner-level familiarity with WooCommerce is fine; I will walk you through my workflow during the first few days. What matters most is consistency, attention to detail, and the willingness to follow checklists without skipping steps. Typical actions you’ll perform: • Adjust product quantities and back-order status. • Flag low-stock items so I can reorder on time. • Confirm payments, generate packing slips, and mark orders as shipped once tracking is entered. All work happens inside my WooCommerce admin panel; no front-end edits or theme work are needed. I communicate through Slack and expect short daily updates so nothing falls through the cracks.
