I need to add Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe Ltd as a new payment option inside my Wild Apricot membership site. The job covers the full API integration cycle—configuration in Wild Apricot, secure payment processing, callback handling, and production testing—plus syncing all successful transactions into QuickBooks. Here is the current state: • Wild Apricot is live and running normal PayPal flows. • I am still waiting for Stanbic to release the final API keys and documentation, but that should arrive shortly. • QuickBooks Online is already active; it just needs to receive the same transaction data you post back to Wild Apricot. What I expect from you • Build the Stanbic payment module using Wild Apricot’s Payments API and any bank-side REST or SOAP endpoints once they are supplied. • Handle test-bed and live credentials, hash/secret generation, and success/failure callbacks. • Map each paid invoice into QuickBooks so my books reconcile automatically. • Provide clear, step-by-step deployment notes I can reuse if we ever migrate servers. Acceptance is simple: a member can pay dues via Stanbic, the invoice closes in Wild Apricot, and the matching payment appears correctly coded in QuickBooks.
