I’m building a fully white-label SaaS agency on the GoHighLevel platform and need an expert who can do the heavy lifting from initial setup to launch. The core of the service is funnel creation and automation powered by AI, so every workflow must be airtight, scalable, and easy for my end-users to resell under their own branding. Scope of work • Brand-neutral GoHighLevel instance: custom domain, SMTP/SMS/phone integrations, white-label dashboard, and client billing configured. • AI-driven workflows for Email, Social Media, SMS, and Calendar-based appointment reminders—each workflow templated so users can clone and customize in seconds. • Pre-built email sequences: Welcome, Follow-Up, and multi-step Funnel automations linked to tags and triggers. Copy can be placeholder text; I’ll swap messaging later. • Social and SMS campaigns that react to lead score changes or appointment bookings to keep prospects moving through the funnel without manual touch. • Simple admin panel or instructions that let me add new resellers, attach custom branding, and set pricing tiers without code edits. Tech notes GoHighLevel is non-negotiable. If you lean on Zapier, Make, OpenAI, or webhooks to extend functionality, document those connections clearly inside the account so I can replicate them. All assets must remain white-label friendly—no platform logos or references that would tip off end users. Acceptance criteria 1. A demo sub-account shows every workflow firing successfully from opt-in to booking confirmation. 2. White-label domain, favicon, emails, and in-app references show only my brand. 3. Step-by-step video or PDF SOP walks through cloning the master snapshot, onboarding a reseller, and pushing updates. 4. I can toggle campaigns on/off and edit copy without touching code. When the above is complete and tested, we’ll move to an optional second phase for advanced AI personalization.
