I am setting up a dedicated customer-support channel on WhatsApp and need a tailored live-chat application that lets my team respond quickly, log every exchange, and keep all data flowing straight into our CRM. Key functions I must see working: • Automatic response-time tracking visible on an internal dashboard • Complete conversation transcripts stored in an exportable format (CSV or JSON is fine) • Seamless two-way CRM integration through REST or webhook so each chat links to the right customer record The build has to work exclusively with WhatsApp Business API and stay fully compliant with Meta policies. A lightweight web interface is preferred, but I’m open to a desktop or cross-platform mobile front end if that simplifies things.
