The WhatsApp Business API tied to one of my Meta Business Portfolios has to be moved to a second, separate Portfolio while keeping the same phone number live, verified and fully functional. Everything runs on a web-based platform and I already hold full access to the current API documentation as well as the username-and-password credentials for the source Portfolio. What I need is a clean, end-to-end migration: registering the number under the new Portfolio, updating certificates, webhooks and callback URLs, transferring message templates and quality settings, then testing inbound and outbound traffic to confirm that customers experience zero downtime. Deliverables • Number and messaging fully operational under the destination Portfolio • All templates, webhooks and settings replicated and tested • Short hand-off notes outlining any changed endpoints or tokens Acceptance I will sign off once I can successfully send and receive messages through the new Portfolio’s WhatsApp Business API console and see matching logs in Meta’s Business Manager.
