Each week I download the raw Shopify data for all my e-commerce items and need it turned into a clear, actionable snapshot of sales-trend performance, then pushed back to keep my inventory records perfectly in line across the store and my master sheet. Scope • Pull the latest product export from Shopify. • Analyse sales trends only—no need to cover stock levels or general product performance. • Flag fast-moving SKUs, slowing items, and any anomalies worth investigating. • Sync the cleaned, trend-annotated file with my Google Sheet so the quantities and notes stay consistent everywhere. Deliverables 1. One concise, reader-friendly weekly report (PDF or Google Doc) highlighting key sales-trend insights. 2. Updated inventory sheet with trend notes and timestamp so I can trace changes. Acceptance I’ll consider the job done for the week when the report and sheet are in my drive by the agreed deadline, formulas remain intact, and the trend call-outs match the raw numbers within a 1% margin.
