Weekly Google-Zoho Excel Data Sync

I keep all of my operational numbers in Google Sheets but the authoritative data lives in Zoho. I’m looking for someone who can set up a repeatable, fully automated workflow that pushes sales data and inventory figures out of Zoho and into the matching Google Sheet tabs every week—then brings any Google-side adjustments back to Zoho so both systems stay perfectly aligned. Scope of the sync • Sales data: sales amounts plus the linked customer details must port over exactly as they appear in Zoho. • Inventory: current stock levels and any changes made in Google Sheets need to reflect back in Zoho at the next weekly run. Technical expectations I don’t mind whether you achieve this with Zoho API calls, Google Apps Script, a low-code connector such as Zapier/Make, or a lightweight ETL tool—use whatever you’re most efficient with, as long as the result is hands-free once it’s live and gives me a clear place to adjust field mappings if my schema changes later. Deliverable 1. Working integration that triggers automatically every week. 2. One Google Sheet template populated by the first sync so I can see column mapping. 3. Brief hand-off document or Loom video showing how to modify the schedule or add fields. Acceptance criteria • A test run proves that new sales amounts and customer details appear in Google Sheets within the same week they’re entered in Zoho. • Inventory quantities stay consistent when edited on either side. • No duplicated records or broken formulas in the sheet after sync.
