Every week I want a clean Excel spreadsheet that shows all new projects added since the previous file plus any updates (status changes, revised budgets, new decision dates) for schemes already on my list. To keep the workflow simple, please include in each sheet: • Glenigan project ID, title, location, value, stage, key dates • Main contractor, architect and client contact names, emails and phone numbers • A “last-updated” column so I can spot what changed The spreadsheet can sit on OneDrive or be emailed—whatever suits you as long as I have it by the same day each week. Accuracy matters: I’ll spot-check random rows against Glenigan to confirm the data lines up. Missing contacts or obvious gaps will need a same-day fix.
