The goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and fast — so users can browse verified local vendors, compare prices, and book directly through our system without calling or messaging multiple providers. Core idea: A fully coded booking platform that combines all types of wedding vendors and rental companies in Montenegro into one digital marketplace — similar in logic to The Knot or WeddingWire, but focused on a smaller, more personal market with room to grow into nearby countries. Main features: Search and filter vendors by type, location, and price Vendor profiles with photos, pricing, and availability calendar Smart search (keywords, categories, and suggestions) Booking and payment system inside the platform Vendor dashboard for managing listings, availability, and messages Admin dashboard for monitoring bookings, payments, and performance Goal for MVP: To create a clean, coded web platform (no page builders) that proves the idea in Montenegro — connecting real local vendors and showing user demand.
