I want to transform the entire experience—starting with cleaner navigation, a modernised design, and far faster load times—so every page feels intuitive and lightning-fast on both desktop and mobile. Scope of work • Conduct a full UX audit highlighting issues in menu structure, visual hierarchy and page speed. • Redesign key templates (home, category, product, cart/checkout) with a focus on clarity, consistent branding and accessibility. • Implement speed best-practices—optimised images, leaner code, server-side tweaks—until core pages load in under three seconds. • Upgrade sales-driving elements: persuasive yet concise product descriptions, a simplified multi-step checkout (minimal fields, progress indicators, saved addresses), plus built-in customer reviews/ratings with schema markup. • Thorough cross-browser, mobile and usability testing before go-live. Acceptance criteria 1. Any product is reachable in two clicks from the homepage. 2. Pages meet Google PageSpeed “Good” scores (90+ mobile & desktop). 3. New checkout shows a documented drop in abandonment during the first month post-launch. You must have at least five years’ proven success optimising sites for sales and be comfortable discussing strategy and revisions in fluent English by video or voice.
