The goal is to identify everything that is not working properly on our website, understand what prevents customers from completing orders, and provide clear, actionable solutions to increase conversions and sales. --- ### **Main Responsibilities** #### **1. Full Technical Audit** * Perform a complete analysis of the website: * Speed performance * User experience and navigation * Mobile optimization * Technical SEO * Plugin/theme/server compatibility * Identify all bugs, errors, broken elements, and performance issues. #### **2. Order & Checkout Troubleshooting** * Analyze the full order process step-by-step. * Detect issues with: * Cart * Checkout forms * Payment gateways * Shipping options * Missing or confusing information * Error messages * Provide clear solutions to fix all detected problems. #### **3.
